The feud's back on! Eminem infuriates Mariah Carey with graphic songs about their steamy romance

Eminem has got Mariah Carey feeling emotions - and they're anything but joyful. According to a record-industry insider, Mariah has heard some songs from the rapper's upcoming album and she's outraged by his tell-all lyrics regarding their rumored 6-year-old fling. "The way the record is now, there is more than one track that goes into really specific, intimate detail about what went on between Em and Mariah," the insider tells OK!.

We belong together?
Reports of a romance between Mariah, 38, and Eminem, 34, began in 2001 when she approached him to work on her Charmbracelet album. In 2002, Rolling Stone asked Eminem, who had just split from his on-again, off-again wife, Kim Mathers, if he had dated the songbird. "There's truth to that," he said. "But on the whole personal level, I'm not really feeling it. I just don't like her as a person." Mariah has denied the romance, telling Blender magazine in 2003, "I went to his house and played on the trampoline. That was it."

Can't let go
With plenty of Mariah material under his belt, Eminem embarked on his Anger Management tour in 2005. During one stop, he played old phone messages left by a woman believed to be Mariah. According to the New York Post, the voice pleaded, "I heard you were getting back with your ex-wife. Why won't you see me? Why won't you call me? You're not calling me." On his new CD, due this summer, Eminem goes even further, detailing intimate sexual acts so graphic that, according to the insider, Mariah refers to what's being described as "demonry." The singer has since gone to L.A. Reid, head of her label, Island Def Jam, to see if anything can be done about the situation. "Mariah wishes she could sue Eminem for slander," says the insider. "But it's his freedom of speech."

Shake it off
While it remains to be seen whether the Mariah tracks will make the final cut on Eminem's album, don't expect the twosome's feud to end anytime soon. "Something is clearly askew with him," Mariah said recently. "I'm curious as to why he's so obsessed with me." For his part, Eminem says, "I can never deny her talent, but the fact that she denied we ever had something, that's bad."
