When I was little I used to be so scared of rollercoasters, but eventually you have to face your fears.

Obviously, it's no big secret that my life has always been kinda like a rollercoaster.

I've had my ups and downs and I've had moments when it felt like I was being twisted and turned...

When my life seemed to be upside down and inside out and every which way...

And just when I thought the scariest part was over something even more horrifying would happen.

But then... after all the hysteria... everything stopped.

There was a moment of peace.

I had gained a deeper kind of faith ...

And I knew it was all part of God's bigger plan for me.

So, if whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger, I guess I'm strong...

It's kinda like being on a rollercoaster.

If you don't get on the ride... you won't experience the adventure.

AFTER CLOSING OUT 2005 WITH THE BIGGEST-SELLING ALBUM OF THE YEAR - two #1 songs, and over 50 awards for her work on "The Emancipation of Mimi" - Mariah is taking Mimi to a whole new level with her much-anticipated "The Adventures of Mimi" Tour.

Kicking off in Miami following two mini-concerts in Tunisia, Mariah promises to bring all the hits from the album to life on stage. She's working with Randy Jackson to revamp her classic songs and is inviting Sean Paul to open for her at select shows.
"A lot of people just do their new stuff," she says,"and I can do that, but I'm the kind of person who hates to disappoint people, and there are just some people who won't be happy unless they hear a specific song: 'If I don't hear "Fantasy," I'm going to be mad.' So I'm trying to take certain songs that are, dare I say, classics, to new places."

In true Mariah style, she coyly divulges that surprises, special guests, and onstage fun will all be a part of the show.
